Why Saint Mary’s University?
Along with all of the same great hockey camp training that the Peak Performance Hockey Camps have provided through the years, the new location at SMU will provide campers with daily access to the 78,000 square foot recreation and athletic center (RAC)! The center includes a huge swimming pool with diving boards along with an air-conditioned 45,000 square-foot multi-purpose fieldhouse which houses a 200 meter track, four multi-purpose courts, fully equipped weight room, aerobics/dance room and more.
The ice arena at SMU, just a few yards from the dormitories, has an olympic sized ice sheet and ample locker room space for all players to safely store their equipment at the arena throughout the week.
All Saint Mary’s University athletic facilities, residence halls and dining facilities are conveniently located within walking distance of one another on the main campus.

Today is the day of our BIG announcement! For the past sixteen years we have maintained a very successful hockey camp program in Winona, Minnesota utilizing the Bud King Ice Arena and the Winona State University facilities. But today we can proudly and loudly announce a new partnership with Saint Mary’s University! A great camp just became even better! The move of facilities is just two miles up the hill, but it will seem like you traveled into hockey camp paradise! We look forward to seeing you again this summer at the Peak Performance Hockey Camps at Saint Mary’s University in Winona!
